The confusing navigation to the hotel could be disconcerting!!! Also, some rooms suffer from unpleasant odors, and the lack of a kettle was a letdown. A more consistent hot water supply would have made showers more pleasant!!!

The room I stayed in at Riad-Boutique Borj Dhab was really spacious with a fantastic design. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the amenities like the heating and free Wi-Fi. I loved breakfast served every morning. it featured fresh local pastries and a lovely terrace to enjoy the views over the city. Khaled, one of the staff members, was incredibly helpful when I needed to switch rooms due to issues with the air conditioning, responding quickly to my concerns. However, the air conditioning took a full night to start working properly, which made the first night quite uncomfortable. The pillows were too soft for my liking, and I’d hoped for better bathroom arrangements, as having the bathroom separate from the room was inconvenient at times. Still, overall, the stay felt cozy in the heart of the old souq, and the hospitality from the staff stood out.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and provided personalized assistance during our stay, going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed.

The Wi-Fi was unreliable in certain areas, making it challenging to plan activities online.

We enjoyed a delightful stay at this beautiful property, which had so many handcrafted details. The staff was incredibly friendly, even arranging a wonderful guided tour of the medina that helped us truly appreciate the city's history. Breakfast was fantastic, too!

My children wished for a more spacious outdoor play area.

we had a wonderful stay at the riad-boutique borj dhab. the staff, especially nour and hanan, went above and beyond to make us feel at home, helping with tours and dinner arrangements. the traditional breakfast was delightful and the room was beautifully decorated and comfortable.

Loved the huge room with a fantastic design and great amenities like air conditioning and a private bathroom. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and the staff were super helpful, especially when arranging our tours in the Medina. The terrace was a nice spot to unwind with lovely views.

riad-boutique borj dhab was a great place for our 3-night stay. the location was ideal, very close to a restaurant we wanted to try. the room was super clean, and the bed was super comfortable. breakfast was also delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful, especially when they arranged our tour around the medina.

The family suite Ambar Salon was incredibly spacious, allowing ample room for our needs. The traditional breakfast featured delicious local specialties, setting a delightful tone for our mornings. The staff, particularly Najeeb, impressed me with their eagerness to assist, making our stay memorable.

The air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature during our stay, leading to some discomfort.
